Start Up Special!

All services will be priced at $80per booking for the initial start-up period while we work on our procedures and applications to ensure the most effective and efficient offering. Please read the full terms and conditions below before booking a service.

During our startup, HST is not required and will not be collected.

Terms and Conditions:

A Mileage surcharge will be applied to all bookings that require more than 25km travel from our current location to yours. Whether we are at home base, or at another location, the distance to your site based on Google maps will be used, and mileage over 25km will be charged at $0.50 per km. We do not charge mileage to return to base, regardless of distance.

All bookings will be subject to final approval by the Drone Pilot as the scheduled time nears. This approval is based on all factors including but not limited to: Weather conditions, Nav Canada flight regulations, and any temporary Nav Canada flight restrictions around your location.

While most issues preventing flight can be identified prior to attending your site, it is possible that on arrival, issues may arise that can interfere with a safe and thorough flight to meet the intended need. If there is an issue found that cannot be overcome and we cannot fly, there will be no charge for our visit.

Currently, images can be delivered as captured on a USB Flash Drive, by email or by text messages immediately after the booking is completed. You will also be emailed an invoice at that time which can be paid by e-transfer, cash or PayPal, with all payments due within 5 business days. We are not planning to archive images at this time, but are considering options to provide archival data storage for free, as well as options to have images processed for a fee if you desire a more refined final image.
